Donation Options

Homeless Youth Alliance can only continue to do its vital work with the support of the community and of people and organizations that care about these kids’ futures. We are so grateful for the generosity of the dozens of foundations and individuals that have supported us over the years, but as we continue to grow, we must rely even more heavily on the generosity of compassionate individuals and organizations.

We welcome donations by individuals at any time, in any amount. Our Tax ID is 813036333.

ONLINE DONATIONS

For many donors, the easiest way to contribute to Homeless Youth Alliance is by making a donation online. If you would like to show your ongoing support for HYA’s work and for the young people we serve, you can sign up for a recurring donation.

$100 – One week of supplies for every group HYA offers
$250 – 60 pairs of clean underwear
$500 – 33 sleeping bags
$500 – One month of medical supplies for HYA
$5,000 – Four months of healthy, nutritious food
$5,000,000 – A place for us and our participants to call HOME

MATCHING GIFTS

Many companies will provide matching gifts for donations made by employees. This is an excellent way to leverage your gift and double its impact.

IN-KIND DONATIONS

We gladly accept in-kind donations. Goods including clothing, food, hygiene supplies, dog food and other pet care supplies, sleeping bags, tents, tarps, blankets, office furniture and supplies, clean and un-opened needles and other medical supplies are gratefully accepted and are tax-deductible. Many companies will gladly make in-kind donations, so if you or someone you know works for a company that sells any of these goods, ask them if they would consider a donation.
